Please join us for the 8th annual NFA 5k run, 1 mile fun run/walk, and 50 yard dash benefitting outdoor play and wellness programs at Norwood-Fontbonne Academy. This NFA tradition is a great opportunity to do something active with your family and the NFA community. Enjoy a beautiful run through Fort Washington State Park, followed by refreshments including coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks.

The race will start and finish at Fort Washington State Park, Mill Road entrance. The address for your GPS is 44 W Mill Road (this is the house across the street, just turn around). We will kick off the event with a 50 yard dash for our youngest NFA bears at 8:00am. The 5K run and 1 mile fun run/walk will follow. All 5K runners will be timed, and we will have male/female overall winners for under 18 and over 18. The fun run and dash are untimed.

All participants will receive a super soft tee shirt and an NFA bear finisher's medal, plus other race goodies! Sign up by October 14th to get a custom race bib with your name on it!
