Join us for the 8th Annual Gratitude Run/Walk on Thanksgiving morning, November 23, 2023, in the beautiful city of Albuquerque, Bernalillo! This exciting event features a unique course through the scenic Arroyo del Oso Golf Course, beginning and ending at Arroyo del Oso Park. Participants can choose from a 5K run/walk, a 1-mile walk, or a fun 400-meter dash for kids, making it a perfect way to kick off the holiday while promoting health and community spirit.
Starting promptly at 8:30 AM MST, this event embodies the spirit of the 4 F's: Family, Fun, Friendly, and Free! Not only will you get to enjoy a wonderful morning of movement, but your participation also supports vital programming through individual donations. Come early to pick up your race bib between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, and don't forget to check out the Gratitude Run shirts and NHI merchandise available at packet pick-up and on race day. Be part of this heartwarming tradition and help make a difference in the community!

Run or walk this beautiful, never-before-run course through Arroyo del Oso Golf Course. Beginning and ending at ARROYO DEL OSO PARK [https://www.cabq.gov/parksandrecreation/parks/prescription-trails/87109/arroyo-del-oso-park], the Gratitude Run is based on the 4 F's - Family, Fun, Friendly, Free!
Get your movement in on Thanksgiving morning AND support NHI programming through an individual donation, if you are able. All funding raised supports our programming in the coming year. From all the participants and staff of Running Medicine, Healers of Tomorrow, Breathe Tradition Not Addiction, Education is Ceremony Scholarships, Community Asset Mapping and Summer Internships, we are deeply grateful for your support. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RACE. We love our furry friends, but regulations do not allow pets of any kind on the course.
