Welcome to our relay race! Whether you're a newcomer or a returning participant, we're excited to have you on board.

This race will be a challenging but enjoyable experience for all. We will have 105 competitors (35 teams of 3) and we will create teams to ensure a fair and competitive race. Every team has a chance to win!

This race will consist of 5 X 1K PER runner (relay style). If you are asking yourself what Relay Style means, then you are signing up for the wrong race lol (just kidding). For us it means that no runner can run 2 consecutive legs.

Important rules to keep in mind:

. Rule # 1: Let us know ASAP if you CANT make it to the Relay.

. Rule # 2: Dont cancel at the last minute. You will have a team counting on you and your pace.

. Rule # 3: if you are not sure because you might have something on the day of the race (AUGUST 24th) tell us. You will join the "maybe" list. Runners in the maybe list will join in case of Rule # 1 and hopefully not in case of Rule # 2 (but you never know).

. Rule # 4: Of course, we know things come up and we understand, but please let us know as soon as this unexpected life event happens. Refer to Rule # 2

. Rule # 5: Teams are created based on paces... so no, you cannot switch or send us a friend if you can't run.

. Rule # 6: Be ready to meet new runners, race new runners, and try not to get beat by them.
