North Creek Explorer 5K Run/Walk

We invite you to join us at our 16th annual North Creek Explorer 5K Run & Walk race which has been a local favorite for many years! It is one of just a few Saturday evening races in the area praised for its great atmosphere with live music and food for all. It also gives the community the opportunity to meet the Coconut Creek Police Department officers and the Explorers the event supports. We look forward to seeing all the runners and their families and friends come together in support of the Coconut Creek Police Explorer Program.

The race will start at 5PM and conclude with an awards ceremony recognizing the top 3 overall male and female runners as well as top 3 age group male and female winners. There are also awards for top male and female first responders. First 130 finishers will receive a medal.

All proceeds will directly benefit the Coconut Creek Police Department Explorer Program that supports protecting and serving our future community. The Explorers Program provides students, ages 14 18, actual experience and training for a career in law enforcement. Proceeds will cover costs for uniforms, equipment, trips, regional competitions and supplies. Without your help students cannot cover these costs or pursue their passion - giving back to the community. All runners will receive a swag bag with dri-fit logo shirt. Race day registration and packet pick up for all runners will start at 3PM on race day.
