Join us for the North Salem Old Fashion Days 5k Run/Walk & 10k Run on Labor Day, September 1st, 2025, in the charming town of North Salem, Hendricks! This exciting event kicks off with registration from 6:30 to 7:30 AM, followed by the race starting at 8 AM sharp in Downtown North Salem, at the corner of Broadway and Pearl Streets. Participants can choose between the scenic 5k and the more challenging 10k courses that wind through lightly traveled country roads, featuring moderate to difficult hills.

With mile markers and water stations conveniently located at both the 5k and 10k turnarounds, you can stay refreshed and focused on your race. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers in both the 10k and 5k categories, along with age group winners in 5-year increments for the runs. Plus, all registered runners and walkers will enjoy a complimentary breakfast to fuel their post-race celebrations! Bring your friends and family to enjoy a day filled with activities, while supporting community projects, the local food pantry, school programs, and the Eel River Twp Volunteer Fire Department.
