Bull City Running [http://www.bullcityrunning.com/] is proud to present the Occoneechee Speedway Relay! Relay teams of two or four people will have the chance to race around the last remaining dirt track in NASCAR history!
DETAILS:
Teams of 2 or 4 can participate. The relay will consist of 20 laps (each lap is just over 1 kilometer) making the total distance roughly 13.5 miles. Just like pit row, teams will line the field as their teammates race around the track awaiting the signal to hand-off, which can happen in any order and after any given number of laps. There is no required distance for each runner, nor is there a specific order of hand-off that has to be followed. Its quite simple: your team needs to complete a total of 20 laps to finish the relay!

COST:
**The first team registrant (or team captain) will pay the total team registration fee in order to secure a spot for their 2 or 4 person team. Each teammate will then register individually to join the team and will not be charged a registration fee.
$120/ 2-PERSON team & $240/ 4-PERSON team.
AWARDS will be presented to the top teams in the following categories:
* 2 Person All Male, All Female & Co-Ed
* 4 Person All Male, All Female & Co-Ed
*Every participant will receive custom race swag and delicious post-race food and refreshments!
The Occoneechee Speedway [http://www.historicspeedwaygroup.org/directions.html] is located in Hillsborough, NC. Please carpool with your team! Parking is limited and you will be directed to park on the property of businesses that neighbor the Speedway.
