Join us for the October Boo Bash 2024 Run Day on Sunday, October 27th in Springdale, Allegheny. Get ready for our final Run Day of the season with a fun costume run! We're excited to welcome back THE APPALACHIAN RUNNING COMPANY, who will be on hand to help you find the perfect fit, style, and speed for your running needs. The event will start at 11:00am at The Leaning Cask Brewing Company, offering a choice between a 5K (3.1 miles) or 1-mile route. All runners are welcome, whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete. After the run, enjoy a free pint inside the pub and celebrate your fitness victory! Join us for our final Run Day of the season. What better way to end the season than with a BOO BASH. Yup, this is a costume run!
We're also happy to have THE APPALACHIAN RUNNING COMPANY back. The Appalachian Running Co is dedicated to helping you find your fit, your style and your speed. They featuring the leading shoe/apparel brands to help you look & feel your best while running. They will also have an Altra shoe rep on site. Come meet and greet with reps from this great local company to learn more about what works best for you to maintain your commitment and dedication to fitness.

RACE FORMAT: You can choose between the pre-routed 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile. Runners of all abilities welcome.
RACE DETAILS: Check-in/registration will take place in the back of the brewery- in the lot behind the building. The starting line will also start on Lincoln Road so we recommend parking in this back lot.
5K and 1 miles routes will be marked with turning arrows at each turn as you navigate through Springdale. You can run, walk, bike - whatever you like as long as you're moving.
After you finish, join us inside the pub for a free pint on us (only for those 21+) and toast your fitness victory!
Please keep in mind this is a fun run, which means we don't take competition too seriously. Our goal is to encourage healthy exercise and community...and of course beer - burn those calories so you have more room for beer!
