This exciting event welcomes athletes, families, and friends from all corners of the out-of-door community to come together for a spirited day of competition and camaraderie. The 5K race kicks off at 8:00 AM, offering participants of all ages the chance to showcase their running skills on a scenic course that starts and ends at the Out-of-Door's Uihlein Campus in Lakewood Ranch, with an exhilarating off-campus route to enjoy. For the little ones, the Kids Fun Run for ages 10 and under begins at 9:00 AM, ensuring everyone can join in on the action.
The first 150 participants in the 5K will receive a special event shirt, and every runner will be awarded a finishers' medal to commemorate their achievement.
