This exciting 10-week program runs until March 16, 2025, and is designed for runners of all levels, whether you're aiming to complete your first race or striving for a personal record. Participants can choose to train for the Shamrock'n 10K or half marathon, with coaching groups meeting twice a week in Sacramento, Davis, and Elk Grove.

Not able to join in person? No problem! The program also offers a virtual training option to fit your schedule. With a comprehensive training plan that includes daily assignments for running, walking, cross-training, and recovery, you'll stay motivated every step of the way. Plus, you'll receive expert guidance from Fleet Feet coaches on speed, endurance, running mechanics, and hydration strategies.
