Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, for the 16th annual Oklahoma Fallen Heroes event in beautiful Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This uplifting occasion features a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K run/walk, all taking place along the scenic OKC river trail. As we lace up our shoes, we come together to honor the memory of nineteen brave heroes and one heroic sister who made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001.
Participants will experience a unique and heartfelt tribute, with recognition of each fallen hero starting at the Starting Line and continuing at every mile marker along the 13.1-mile course. A special banner at each of the 15 points will showcase a photo and a brief biography of these courageous individuals, reminding us all of their extraordinary lives and sacrifices. Organiser's Description
We will be hosting the 16th annual Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k run/walk in recognition and remembrance of the nineteen brothers and one sister from its ranks who made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001. The race course is located in Oklahoma City, OK, at the OKC river trail, to facilitate a larger participant population. The twenty fallen heroes will be honored individually with recognition beginning at the Starting Line, then at each mile marker along the 13.1-mile course, and finally at the finish line. A banner will be placed at each of the 15 points highlighting one of the warriors with a photo and a brief bio detailing their lives and sacrifices. _*THIS IS NOT A SANCTIONED RACE.*_
