Join us for the uplifting 15th annual Oklahoma Fallen Heroes event on Saturday, September 20, 2025, in beautiful Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This heartfelt occasion features a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K run/walk, designed to honor the brave nineteen brothers and one sister who made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001.
Participants will traverse the scenic OKC river trail, making it an ideal setting for runners and walkers of all ages. As you embark on this meaningful journey, take a moment to appreciate the special tributes at each mile marker along the 13.1-mile course. Each of the twenty fallen heroes will be individually recognized with a banner displaying their photo and a brief bio, ensuring their memory is cherished by all. Organiser's Description
We will be hosting the 15th annual Half Marathon, 10k and 5k run/walk in recognition and remembrance of the nineteen brothers and one sister from its ranks who made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001. The race course is located in Oklahoma City, OK, at the OKC river trail, to facilitate a larger participant population. The twenty fallen heroes will be honored individually with recognition beginning at the Starting Line, then at each mile marker along the 13.1-mile course, and finally at the finish line. A banner will be placed at each of the 15 points highlighting one of the warriors with a photo and brief bio detailing their lives and sacrifices. _*THIS IS NOT A SANCTIONED RACE.*_
