In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, The Butterfly Effect Mental Health, Incorporated, and the 2024 National Imperial Ms. invite you to participate in a **free Virtual 10K** (6.2 miles) to raise awareness and support for youth mental health.
National Suicide Prevention Day is September 10, 2024. Although the event is slated to start that date, you have ALL MONTH to complete your 10K!

This month, while we focus on suicide prevention as a whole, we will be sharing vital information specifically on youth mental health. Just as a butterfly undergoes a transformative journey from a caterpillar to a beautiful, resilient creature, our youth, too, need the support and guidance to emerge strong and healthy. Your participation in this event will help spread awareness and foster the growth and well-being of our young people.

CLOSED**Participation is FREE!** However, if you'd like to contribute, donations are welcome and will go toward supporting events in the spring. These events will focus on reducing stigma, raising awareness about suicide prevention, and spreading the vital message that suicides are preventable. Your donations will also help fund our signature **Princess Pampering Party**, which promotes self-care, positive self-image, and self-love among teenage girls. Send us a message to find out how!
