Friday, October 17, 2025 – Race Site at Lake Cahuilla Park
• 2 – 6 pm: Packet and Timing Chip Pick-Up for all distances*
• 2 – 6 pm: Wetsuit Decontamination (Click HERE for more information)
• 3 – 4 pm: Athlete Meeting for all distance athletes
*It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that athletes pick up their packets on Friday

**PLEASE NOTE: Awards Ceremony times are based on how many athletes are finished and are subject to change. Athletes MUST be present at their Awards Ceremony to receive an award. Unclaimed awards may be shipped if request is made within two weeks after the event. Athlete is responsible for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Parking

PARKING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The park has instituted an admission policy. You must print and display a parking pass in order to enter the park for
free. The pass is available on the page following Race Information. Anyone entering the park without a parking pass will be
charged $6 per adult and $3 per child.
THIS IS THE PARK’S POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have a pass you will need to pay.
We suggest you carpool with your parking pass so that all the members of your group will be admitted free. When athletes
arrive, park personnel will check for your parking pass and will place a sticker on the windshield, which will allow you to leave
the park and return later that day. There will be different color stickers for each day of the event. No cars will be permitted
to enter or leave the park between 7 AM and 12:30 PM on Saturday until all bike traffic is cleared.
