Pawling Triathlon

Get ready for an exhilarating day of fitness and fun at the Pawling Triathlon, set to take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in the charming town of Pawling, Dutchess. This sprint-style triathlon is perfect for athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned triathletes, and promises scenic views that showcase the beauty of the area.

The event kicks off at 8 AM with adult and relay waves, followed by a youth race at 12 PM. Participants can choose from various race distances tailored for different age groups. Youth athletes under 10 will swim 75 yards, bike 1 mile, and run 0.5 miles, while those aged 10 and up will tackle a 125-yard swim, 2-mile bike ride, and 1-mile run. Adults will face a 0.3-mile swim, a 12-mile bike ride, and finish with a 3.1-mile run. With an early start to beat the summer heat, finishers will receive medals and age group awards, and there will be a post-race fuel station to refuel after the action.
