Get ready for an exhilarating day at the 4th Annual Pelican Run 5k on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026! Set against the stunning backdrop of Haulover Park in Miami Beach, Miami-Dade, this exciting event invites participants of all ages to either walk or run the scenic 3.1-mile course. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity to get active, but all proceeds will directly benefit vital wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education programs.
Runners can pick up their race packets starting at 6:00 AM on race day, and awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers, along with age group prizes for competitors ranging from 14 and under to 70+. Every participant will receive a medal upon completion, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved. With early bird registration starting at just $35, be sure to join us for a fun-filled day that combines fitness with a great cause!

Organiser's Description
Join us for our 4th Annual Pelican Run 5k! All proceeds of this 5k will directly benefit our wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education programs. This 3.1-mile walk/run will take place at Haulover Park on Miami Beach. Get active while supporting a great cause, and you are more than welcome to either walk or run!
RACE NUMBER PICKUP: Runners may pick up their race packets on Saturday, May 2nd at the site of the race from 6:00am.
PARKING: Please follow the directional signage and park in the parking lot adjacent to the registration area. Please note that parking is NOT included in the registration fee and must be paid via the PaybyPhone app (Location #46265) upon arrival.
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall (Male and Female). ALL runners will receive a participation medal upon completion of the race, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finisher prizes will also be given in the following age groups:
14 and under (Male/Female)
15-19 (Male/Female)
20-29 (Male/Female)
30-39 (Male/Female)
40-49 (Male/Female)
50-59 (Male/Female)
60-69 (Male/Female)
70+ (Male/Female)
