Join us for the exhilarating 7th Annual Pier to Pier Challenge Swim and 5K on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in the beautiful Wildwood, Cape May! This exciting event features a unique 1-mile swim course that consists of two apex triangles, providing a fun challenge for swimmers of all levels. After navigating the swim, participants can lace up for the newly added 5K beach run, which will take place on the picturesque hard-packed sand along the shoreline. For the younger participants, a 1-mile kids run will also be available, making this a fantastic family-friendly event.
The day kicks off with packet pickup and race day registration at 9:00 AM, followed by the race start at 10:30 AM. Participants will receive a swim cap, t-shirt, and enjoy professional chip timing. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as to the top finishers in each age group. Don’t forget to consider the option to compete in both the swim and the run for a discounted price! 7TH ANNUAL PIER TO PIER CHALLENGE SWIM
The 1 mile course will be in the form of two apex triangles. Swimmers will enter the water, swim out around the first apex triangle, then exit the water and proceed around a marker. Swimmers will re-enter the water to swim around the second apex triangle. Swimmers will then exit the water through a finish chute. This course is unique and spectator friendly.
**New for 2025: We are adding a 5k beach run. The run will be on the beach and the majority of the run will be along the water on the hard packed sand. We are also adding a 1mile kids run. You also have the option to double down and compete in the swim and the run for a discounted price.**
