Event summary
The Sprint Triathlon consists of a .5K swim, a 25K bike, and a 5K run, making it the perfect way to kick off your summer racing season. RELAY TEAMS
Relay teams are welcome at the Pigman. Top Male, Female or Coed teams will win awards.
TIME-TRIAL SWIM START FORMAT
Elite athletes and teams will start in waves beginning at 7:30am. All other athletes will start in a Time-Trial format. For the Time-Trial start, athletes will line up according to their respective age group wave (Triathlon age is based on your age as of 12/31 of race year). One person will start every 3 seconds by crossing over the chip timing mat on the beach before entering the water.
