Get ready to groove and move for a far-out cause as we come together to shine our light and spread hope for children battling cancer!
Pillars of Wellness is proud to host its fourth annual 5K/2K Run/Walk benefiting Northwest Indiana Cancer Kids (NICK). As a provider of mental health and wellness services, we know that healing goes beyond the physical its about mental and emotional strength, resilience, and the power of community.
This years theme, "Here Comes the Sun," reflects the hope we strive to bring not only to children battling cancer but also to their families, caregivers, and all those facing lifes challenges. Movement, connection, and positivity play a crucial role in overall well-being, and this event is a chance to come together, support one another, and spread warmth where it's needed most.

REGISTRATION:
Early Bird Registration: $35 per participant available until September 10, 2025
Race Day Registration: Feel free to register between 7:30-8:30 a.m. on race day. $40 per participant
T-shirt included in signup! Extra t-shirts available for purchase.
Racer Packet Pickup:
Participants can pick up their race packets on Friday, September 26, between 5:30-7 p.m. (or the day of from 7:30-8:30 a.m.) at shelter #2 at the Lake County Fairgrounds.
WHAT TO BRING/EXPECT:
sunWear yellow or gold (and your biggest smile) to shine for childhood cancer awareness! Bonus points for rocking tie-dye, flower crowns, or anything that gives 60s vibes.

Custom medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
