Join us for the Pioneer 5 Miles Run, scheduled for Saturday, December 21st, 2024, in the scenic Limestone, Greene area. This exciting event features a USATF-certified course that starts and finishes in the beautiful David Crockett Birthplace State Park, a perfect backdrop for both seasoned runners and newcomers alike. Although the event is part of the TN State Parks Running tour and the SFTC's 2024 King & Queen Competition series, please note that the race has been canceled due to damage caused by Hurricane Helene.
While we can't lace up our running shoes this year, the spirit of community and camaraderie remains strong! SFTC members are encouraged to bring their favorite food to share with fellow runners, ensuring that the joy of running continues even in challenging times. The race is owned and managed by the State of Franklin Track Club. It is part of SFTC's 2024 King & Queen Competition series.
