The Point Forward Physical Therapy Century Challenge is back for its 7th year! We all know that central Wisconsin weather can be cold and unpredictable making it easy to set your running on the back burner. Our goal is to motivate runners and walkers to complete 100 miles of combined movement over the course of February and March. Join us for the 7th annual Century Challenge!
We will again be tracking our mileage in a custom spreadsheet that will be emailed prior to the start of the challenge so you can track your mileage, see your progress, and keep yourself accountable to this challenge.
*We will be having a finisher shirt this year for all who complete the challenge, a sticker for all who sign up, and a bonus swag item for those who finish the challenge in February.
