Organiser's Description
The Annual Polar Bear 5K, part of the Centex Race Series, will be held at the Copperas Cove City Park. Start and finish will be at the City Park Pool. Afterwards, runners are invited to take a plunge into the City Park Pool for the Annual Polar Bear Plunge and participate in the belly flop and treading water contest.

This race is part of the Cen-Tex race series! Awards to the top M/F finishers, and top 3 M/F age group finishers. Age groups: 11&U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 etc to 70+. Race day registration and packet pick up will be at the race site from 6:30-7:45am. Early packet pick up will be on January 18 and 19, 2024 - 9am to 6pm at the Copperas Cove Civic Center, 1206 W Ave B. First 200 runners to pick up their packet will be guaranteed a bag. Shirts guaranteed if registered by January 5th, 2024.
