Join Coach Juliet Thompson Hochman for a team ride Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m. starting December 5. With some considerations for the holidays, these one hour rides will run weekly through the end of March, mixing threshold, tempo and strength work on your bike trainer. Join on Zoom...or Zoom and Zwift! Instructions belowcome for the workout, the camaraderie and the entertainment!
