ELIMINATION 1 MILE REPEATS
LOCATION: CALLOWAY COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL TRACK, MURRAY, KENTUCKY
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2023
START TIME: 8:00AM
ENTRY LIMIT: Only the first 50 paid entries will be accepted. You can join a waiting list in case of cancelations.
A unique race format run on a 400 meter track.
* Participants start a new 1 mile segment every 15 minutes. You must finish the 1 mile segment before the 15 minutes expires or you are eliminated.
* Beginning with segment 9 the last finisher of each 1 mile segment will be eliminated.
* When there are only 2 competitors remaining the fastest time in the last 1 mile segment will be the winner.
* Assuming there are 50 starters and no participants are eliminated based on the 15 minute time limit the final two competitors will run for 14 hours and 15 minutes and will cover 57 miles.
