Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and community at the Presidents' Day Race on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Evansville, Vanderburgh! This vibrant event will take place at the scenic Deaconess Sports Park, where participants can choose to take on either a 2.2-mile challenge with two laps around the park's paved 1.1-mile track or push their limits with a 4.4-mile journey by completing four laps.
Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to join in on the fun, with a registration fee of just $25 until race day (and a special discount for veterans, active military, and students under 18). With awards for the top finishers in various age categories, participants will have the chance to earn custom awards and placement pins. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to celebrate fitness and camaraderie, rain or shine, on this special day! Race day check-in runs from 12:15 to 12:45 PM, so come early and be part of the excitement!

LOCATION: Deaconess Sports Park (6800 N. Green River Road Evansville, IN)
COURSE: The loop course will take runners/walkers around the paved 1.1 mile track around the park.
Participants will complete either 2 (2.2 Mi) or 4 laps (4.4 Mi). Distances are approximate. See course map below.
COST: $25 until race day. (Add $10 for a race shirt)

RACE DAY CHECK-IN: Race location Sunday Feb. 23 from 12:15-12:45pm.
AWARDS (Each Distance): Overall Male & Female
Top 3 M/F each race distance for 13 & Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Overalls will receive a custom award and age group winners will receive a placement pin.
TIMING: Timing by To the Finish Timing

WEATHER: The race will go on rain or shine! In the event of ice or snow, the race will be postponed to Feb. 25. If race on 18th is postponed to 25th and you can not attend, you may transfer bib to another. If event cancelled on 25th, event will become virtual. Entry will be non-refundable if you personally can't attend either date. Race announcements will be posted on the Race Facebook Event, Tri-State Fitness Facebook Page, & Emailed.
