Registration opens at 4:30 PM, with the race starting at 6:15 PM and an exciting awards ceremony at 7:30 PM. Pre-register by September 19, 2025, to secure a free T-shirt! Join us for our PYO GLOW RUN, a fun energetic fundraiser benefitting PENN-YORK OPPORTUNITIES.
PENN-YORK OPPORTUNITIES (PYO) is dedicated to serving Individuals with disabilities by creating experiences that focus on community involvement, personal achievement, lifelong learning, and employment. Don your brightest neon gear and glow-in-the-dark accessories as we take to the woods for a radiant 5k run/walk. The course will be aglow with glow sticks, solar lights, and an electric atmosphere.
This one-of-a-kind event will be held at VALLEY PLAYLAND IN ATHENS, PA (2 South River St. Athens, PA 18810).
Walk or run a route along the scenic Diahoga Trail along the Susquehanna River.
All participants will receive a glow in the dark ribbon and glow sticks.
