This exciting event features a flat and fast course perfect for runners of all levels, with distances of 10K, 5K, and a Kid's 1-mile Family Fun Run. The scenic route winds along the picturesque Maria Ygnacio Creek and Obern Bike Paths, ensuring a delightful experience without vehicle traffic.
Participants can enjoy free parking along Gwyne Ave, and the day kicks off with packet pickup from 7-9 AM near the start line at 865 Gwyne Ave. The 10K race begins at 9:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 9:10 AM, and the Kid's 1-mile at 10:00 AM. Runners will find water stations approximately every 1.5 miles to keep them hydrated and energized, with plenty of post-race nutrition waiting at the finish line. Join us for the Awards Ceremony at 10:30 AM, where top finishers in both Men's and Women's categories will be recognized for their outstanding performances in 5-year age increments for the 5K and 10K

Organiser's Description
Rabbit Run is a flat and fast course along a dedicated run/bike path. The course runs along the beautiful Maria Ygnacio Creek and Obern Bike Paths which are paved with no vehicle traffic. Free parking is available along Gwyne Ave. Packet Pickup is located near the Start Line (865 Gwyne Ave, Santa Barbara) from 7-9 AM on race morning. The 10K starts at 9:00 AM, 5K at 9:10 AM, and the Kid's 1-mile (Family Fun Run, non-competitive) at 10:00 AM. Water Stations will be placed at approximately every 1.5 mile mark. There will be plenty of "nutrition" after the race. The Awards Ceremony is also near the Start Line at 10:30AM. Awards are issued to the top 3 runners in both the Men's and Women's categories for all Age Groups in 5-year increments for both the 5K and 10K.
