Rabid Raccoon 100 takes place in Raccoon Creek State Park, one of Pennsylvania’s largest parks! Winding through the woods, this course will take you on single track trails that travel over hills, across streams, and around Raccoon Lake. This is an event you don’t want to miss!
The Rabid Raccoon 100 gives you the opportunity to test yourself against the woodlands of Western Pennsylvania. The course consists of 5 loops on single track trails in Raccoon Creek State Park.
The Rabid Raccoon 100k is the same course as the 100M, but is only 3 loops. Whether you want to try out a new distance or use this as training for a longer race, the 100k is a great chance to run a moderate trail race with plenty of aid. It’s a great stepping stone to prepare for point-to-point ultras where you might go miles without the possibility of aid.
If you are not looking for an ultra-marathon but still want a challenge, the Rabid Raccoon 20M is the race for you. Running the same course as the 100M and 100k, the 20M is just 1 big loop of the park. If you have a friend or loved one who is running in one of the longer races, this provides you the opportunity to get in a shakeout while they are in the early stages of their race.
