Participants can choose to run or walk the flat and fast 5K course while raising vital funds for the Lexington Pride Center, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals in Central and Eastern Kentucky.
Join in the fun and enjoy a variety of race features, including awards for the top 10 finishers, commemorative unisex t-shirts, chip-timing, and live music from Mannino. After crossing the finish line, unwind with a complimentary beverage from West 6th Brewing and capture special moments with free race photos. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual option is available, allowing you to participate on your own schedule while still supporting the cause. Don’t miss this uplifting event that combines fitness, fellowship, and a celebration of diversity!

Our race directly raises funds for the Lexington Pride Center [https://www.lexpridecenter.org/]. The Lexington Pride Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Lexington, KY, that strives to improve the quality of LGBTQIA+ individuals lives in Central and Eastern Kentucky.
RACE FEATURES:

DURING THE RACE, stop by West Sixth Brewing's tent to have a refreshing beverage. A portion of all sales will be donated to the Rainbow Run 5K. Non-alcoholic options will be available.
For those who do not wish to or are not able to join us in person, we have a VIRTUAL OPTION. For a $25/$30 donation, we will mail your commemorative t-shirt and bib so you can run/walk on your own schedule in support of the LGBTQIA+ community.
PACKET PICKUP: Packet pickup will be on Friday, May 16th from 5pm - 6:30pm at the Lexington Pride Center. There will also be race day packet pickup available at Coldstream Park for those who can't pick up in advance.

CLOSEDIf you can't join us in person, consider signing up as a virtual runner/walker. For a $25/$30 donation, you'll be mailed our commemorative race shirt and bib, and you can do your Rainbow Run/Walk 5K on your own schedule in your hometown. This allows anyone from anywhere in the United States to participate and help make our Lexington Pride Festival great. -

CLOSEDWe need 8-10 volunteers to work a race evening shift from 4:30-8:00pm. You'll be involved in various race jobs to help make it a great experience for our participants. For helping out, you'll earn a Rainbow Run 5K T-shirt and a warm feeling inside.
