This class is also a perfect for individuals who'd like a structured workouts, and accountability with supportive group.
**Program Duration:**July 30th - Sept 17th
**What to Expect:**This comprehensive program offers three engaging workouts each week, carefully designed to cater to participants of all abilities. Two of these workouts will take place in person (Tuesday evenings @6pm & Thursday evenings @6pm), providing a supportive and energetic atmosphere that encourages camaraderie and mutual growth.
