Come Train With Us! The world of triathlon training can be overwhelming. This program is designed to help you navigate all your training questions and getting you to your first or faster finish line. Whether you are getting ready for your first triathlon, a seasoned athlete looking for a new challenge, or looking to get faster, this program is designed for you.
Program includes:
* 12 Week Training Program that includes swim, bike, and run workouts -- you start the program based on the date of your goal race (delivered via Training Peaks or PDF)
* Membership in a private Facebook Group where you'll be able to connect with other athletes and coaches
* In-person swim clinics with coaches on deck to help you refine technique. Swim clinics are scheduled for February 23, March 16 and 30, April 6, and May 4. YOU MAY CHOOSE ANY THREE DATES TO ATTEND. THERE MAY BE OPPORTUNITIES TO REGISTER FOR MORE THAN 3 DEPENDING ON SPACE AVAILABILITY
* Triathlon 101 clinic -- have questions about tris? The coaches will be on hand with the answers you need to be prepared on race day. This will be held at North Wales Running on March 30th at 9am
* Practice triathlon opportunities so you can test out your new gear or nutrition and get a feel for what race day will be like in a low-stakes, supportive, and fun environment.
* A gear swap -- bring your old gear to give away or pick up some new stuff!
* Chance to meetup with other like-minded athletes for training swims, rides, or runs!
* Race day support like no other!

SONIC ENDURANCE [http://www.sonicendurance.com]: Endurance training is our jam. You can find a variety of endurance coaches and plenty of experience in training athletes.
