Red Wave 5K

The Red Wave 5k/1.5mi Run/Walk is a fundraising event with the aims of supporting Red Wave Indoor Percussion members. Red Wave Indoor is an Independent World percussion ensemble based out of Fresno, California. Red Wave Indoor was founded in 2017 and competed locally for its inaugural season. In 2018, the ensemble went to Dayton, Ohio and competed in WGI World Championships for the first time, where they received the Open Class Fan Favorite award. Since then, the ensemble broke into the top ten in the Independent Open Class, and was eventually reclassified to World Class. The ensemble seeks to further the growth of the young adults in the Central Valley and travels to World Championships as well as regional competitions throughout their season. https://www.redwaveindoor.org/
In conjunction with the Friends of the Bulldog Marching Band, this event's goal is to lessen the monetary load placed on students and allow them to reach their full potential. Have fun and Go ‘Dogs!
