Reston Youth Triathlon

Calling all youth ages 6 to 17! Join CORE Foundation for a swim, bike, and run starting from Ridge Heights Pool. Distance varies by age. Para and adaptive athletes are welcome! This event focuses on participation rather than competition and makes every athlete feel like a superhero. Parents are encouraged to dress as their favorite Superheroes and cheer on their athletes!
This year we have two exciting options for our young athletes. Athletes can choose between an age-appropriate triathlon distance OR the Splash and Dash consisting of a swim and run. The Splash and Dash will not be timed and has a special medal and swag.
