Walkers and strollers are welcome, but for safety, we kindly ask that they start behind the runners. THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION OF SARASOTA COUNTY IS PROUD TO BRING BACK THE ICONIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION RINGLING BRIDGE RUN! THERE ARE SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR RUNNERS AND FAMILIES5K, 10K, AND A FAMILY FUN RUN. THIS EVENT WILL START AND FINISH AT THE BAY AND TAKE YOU ACROSS THE BEAUTIFUL RINGLING BRIDGE. ALONG THE WAY, LOCAL SCHOOL DRUMLINES WILL PLAY TO CHEER YOU ON! THE RUN SUPPORTS THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION OF SARASOTA COUNTY'S MISSION TO UNITE THE COMMUNITY TO PREPARE EACH AND EVERY STUDENT FOR LIFE! WE HOPE YOU WILL JOIN US AS WE LACE UP FOR STUDENTS!

_RINGLING BRIDGE TRAFFIC:_ _THROUGHOUT THE RACE, TRAFFIC WILL FLOW IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. BETWEEN 6-10AM, THE EAST-BOUND SIDE OF THE BRIDGE WILL BE OPEN FOR TWO-WAY TRAFFIC AND THE WEST-BOUND SIDE WILL BE CLOSED TO PROVIDE SAFE CROSSING FOR RACE PARTICIPANTS, GUIDED BY THE SARASOTA POLICE DEPARTMENT.
