Join us on SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 2025, at the beautiful SALUDA SHOALS PARK for the RISE & RUN 5K. This inspiring event will take place on a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, giving participants the opportunity to achieve personal bests while soaking in the natural beauty of the park. More than just a race, its a celebration of Easter, a movement for mental health awareness, and a chance to bring hope to those struggling with anxiety and depression. The event is hosted by Forever Changed Ministries.

5K RACE: Starting at 8:00 AM, the race features a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.
KIDS' FUN RUN WITH EASTER EGG HUNT: Beginning at 9:30 AM, this fun-filled activity allows everyone to participate in the 5K and still enjoy Easter festivities with their families.
