Organiser's Description
The Rising Phoenix Festival & 5K Run/Walk for Suicide Prevention is Combat Recovery Foundation's first community awareness event. Runners, walkers, dogs and participants of all ages, volunteers, and spectators will gather together in celebration of life. The 5K provides an important sense of community for suicide loss and trauma survivors and creates a space for us to remember our loved ones lost to suicide. You can be a part of this incredible day.
All proceeds help fund CRF's lifesaving services, including our suicide prevention programs, educational workshops, and one on one peer support services for Veterans and trauma survivors. Because of events like the 5K, CRF is able to make these vital services available to the community free of charge.
