JOIN US FOR THE ROCK, ROLL AND RACE 5K ON MAY 5, 2024!

Run, walk, roll with us on Sunday May 5th at Granger Meadows Park to raise awareness and support for those suffering from chronic illness and cancer as they navigate challenging medical systems and look for support in their healing process. This race benefits The MARK Advocacy Group & T.W.I.G.S. The MARK Advocacy Group is a non-profit organization that provides resources, information, education, and support to those with kidney disease, chronic illnesses, and the caretakers of those with the illness. To Work In Grateful Service, strives to help cancer patients by taking care of their everyday burdens so that they can concentrate on healing and spending time with loved ones.

TIMING: The 5k run will start at 9 AM. We also have a non-competitive 1 mile walk/roll option for those in need of a shorter distance. Make it a family event and bring the kids out for a 1-mile kids run at 10 AM.

GIVEAWAYS: All participants will receive a t-shirt and finisher medal. Register by April 14 to guarantee shirt size and giveaway availability. No-shows to the race will forfeit their shirt and finisher medal.

PACKET PICKUP: Packet pickup will be available the morning of the race on location starting at 8 AM.

PRIZES: 1st place overall Male and overall Female will receive a Michigan Made gift basket from Old Town General Store.

5K AGE GROUPS: Under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

PETS: No pets allowed per Granger Meadows Park rules. Service animals OK.
