Participants can choose to run or walk a scenic 5K route or opt for a shorter one-mile loop. The festivities kick off with a lively pre-race program at 5:50 PM, followed by the race start at 6:00 PM. Expect to be motivated by live music along the route and enjoy a delicious selection of snacks and refreshments after crossing the finish line. Don’t miss your chance to secure a complimentary Rock'N Race T-shirt if you are among the first 2,500 registrants! Remember, registered runners will be timed, while walkers will enjoy a more relaxed, untimed experience. Please note that for safety reasons, pets are not permitted, and those pushing strollers should line up accordingly. THE 24TH ANNUAL ROCK'N RACE WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY MAY 6, 2026 ON THE STATE HOUSE LAWN IN DOWNTOWN CONCORD, NH. WE WILL BE WALKING AND RUNNING TO RAISE FUNDS FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES RECEIVING SUPPORT SERVICES AT CONCORD HOSPITAL PAYSON CENTER FOR CANCER CARE HOPE RESOURCE CENTER.
