This exciting event invites teams of 3 to 5 participants to tackle a challenging distance of 42,195 meters while raising funds for the Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center. With a registration fee of just $200 per team, you can join in the fun either in-person at CrossFit Emerald or virtually from your own gym or organization.
This year, teams are encouraged to register and participate in a hybrid format, allowing more people to engage in this fantastic fundraising effort. A Row-a-thon Is 42,195 meters rowed. Teams are 3-5 people. $200 per Team Registration.
This will be a Hybrid event. There will be an in-person event at CrossFit Emerald. We are also offering a virtual option this year, the idea is for other gyms or organizations joining us in rowing and fundraising efforts. Just have your teams register at our RunSignUp and host your event on September 28th to join us! Team will then be able to submit their results/finish times.
All event proceeds benefit Crystal Coast Cancer Rehab Center, a local non-profit that provides an oncology specific exercise training program to empower local survivors bodies and minds to fight back against the devastating effects of cancer and treatment.
