Whether you’re aiming for the impressive 310 miles in the Dog Days of Summer challenge or the more playful 60 miles in the Puppy Miles & Four-Legged Friends challenge, there’s a goal for everyone.
As you hit the pavement or trails, you’ll have the chance to earn virtual badges for reaching exciting milestones ranging from 62 to 310 miles in the main challenge and 5 to 60 miles in the puppy event. Don’t forget to log your miles frequently, with the final entry deadline set for August 31st at 11:59 PM. Join us for a summer filled with motivation, camaraderie, and the joy of supporting our beloved four-legged friends!

Lets get moving this summer, TOGETHER! Lets encourage each other to challenge ourselves to crush our running and walking goals while having fun, building camaraderie and saving animals! The primary goal of the challenge is to RUN and/or WALK as many miles as you can from July 1st to August 31st. Log your mileage often so you can track your progress. The deadline to enter miles in for the challenge is Saturday, August 31st at 11:59pm!
Virtual badges are earned for the following milestones:
Dog Days of Summer Miles Challenge:
Tier 1 = 62 miles
Tier 2 = 124 miles
Tier 3 = 186 miles
Tier 4 = 248 miles
Tier 5 = 310 miles
Puppy Miles & Four-Legged Friends Miles Challenge:
Tier 1 = 5 miles
Tier 2 = 10 miles
Tier 3 = 20 miles
Tier 4 = 30 miles
Tier 5 = 60 miles
While we can appreciate and applaud any bike, elliptical, or swimming miles you may log, this challenge only includes running or walking miles.

This way their name can be displayed instead of first initials like minors are.*
