Join us for the heartfelt Run for Autumn 5K on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Ebensburg, Cambria! This uplifting event celebrates the memory of Autumn Danchanko, bringing together the community in a spirit of love, remembrance, and unity. Whether you're an avid runner, a casual walker, or a supporter cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps keep Autumn's spirit alive and supports worthy local causes like Camp Cadet, Autumn's Playground at Lions Field, and Dauntless Fire Company.
This year’s race is particularly special as it coincides with what would have been Autumn's 17th birthday. New for 2026, we are excited to introduce the 5K Pump & Run, an exciting twist that combines a bench press competition with the traditional 5K. Participants can enter either race or both, with the bench press scoring allowing for time deductions based on repetitions completed. The course will take you along the scenic Ghost Town Trail, ensuring a beautiful backdrop for this memorable day. Plus, there will be activities for kids, including a bounce house, making it a perfect family-friendly event. Don't miss out on the chance to honor Autumn while also enjoying a fun-filled day of fitness and community spirit

MALE SIGNFEMALE SIGNRIGHT ARROW RUN FOR AUTUMN 5K - We invite you to lace up your running shoes and join us for a day of remembrance, unity, and love. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence helps keep Autumns spirit alive in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. 100% of the proceeds benefit Camp Cadet, Autumns Playground at Lions Field, and Dauntless Fire Company.
red heartred heart REMEMBRANCE - Since the opening of High Street Body Shop, we have been honored to celebrate and remember the life of our daughter, Autumn Danchanko. Each year this 5K brings our community together in her memory, and this year holds even greater significance as we dedicate it to what would have been her 17th birthday.
& NEW FOR 2026!!! - This year, we are adding an additional category to the event known as the 5K PUMP & RUN, which will give athletes the option to enter a bench press competition prior to the 5K race. The test of strength will be scored by repetitions (30 maximum) of body weight percentages. For each repetition that a lifter can complete, 30 seconds will be deducted from their final "5K Pump & Run" time. Participants can enter the 5K, the 5K Pump & Run or BOTH! We hope this category will bring additional athletes and interest to the day of fundraising. See further details below and on our Facebook page.
