Get ready for an exciting day of community spirit and healthy fun at the 7th annual Run New Tampa, taking place on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in the scenic neighborhood of Hunters Green, Tampa, Hillsborough. This fantastic event features a 5K run and a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, perfect for participants of all ages and skill levels. The race kicks off in front of Hunters Green Elementary School, where runners will enjoy a picturesque course lined with majestic oak trees and beautiful park views.
Each participant will receive a race bib, a stylish t-shirt (guaranteed for those who preregister by February 15, 2024), a finisher medal, and delicious snacks to recharge after the race. With exciting awards for the top overall male and female runners, as well as age group winners, there’s plenty of incentive to give it your all. Don't miss the early race packet pickup on March 7, and join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community engagement!

Welcome to the 7th annual Run New Tampa benefiting the Hunters Green Elementary PTA!
Our 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk will begin in front of Hunters Green Elementary school and travel through the beautiful neighborhood of Hunters Green under the large oak trees and through the neighborhood park. We invite you to walk or run the beautiful paved roads and cross the finish line at Hunters Green Elementary School. Each participant will receive a bib and a race t-shirt (shirts and sizes are guaranteed if preregistered before February 15, 2024), finisher medal and snacks following the race.
