Sunset Beach is a beautiful coastal island in SE North Carolina with a beautiful waterfront park, shaded golf course communities, an incredible bridge over the intracoastal waterway and unforgettable oceanfront views on the island! We host a half marathon, 5K & 1 Mile in April when the average temperatures are a High 67 and a Low of 59. Sunset Beach is ranked one of the top beaches in the World by National Geographic!

Over the years weve had surfboard, flip flop, glass, lockets, artistic connecting medals, a pirate theme, mosaic designs, and much more - we change it up each year to bring unique medals but this year might top them all. We hope you enjoy them!
