Broad Street and Texas Blvd in downtown Texarkana, quickly transitioning into Arkansas and back to Texas before finishing in front of the iconic Hopkins Ice House at 3rd and Wood Streets.
Runners of all levels are welcome, with options for individual participants as well as 2-person and 4-person relay teams. The 10-ft wide asphalt trails meander through charming residential neighborhoods, ensuring a picturesque backdrop for your journey. With chip timing and a portion of the course straddling the Texas/Arkansas State Line, this race promises to be an unforgettable experience. Organiser's Description
The Run the Line Half Marathon is a unique opportunity to run in one half marathon in Texas and Arkansas on a USATF certified single-loop course. The race starts at W. Broad Street and Texas Blvd in downtown Texarkana, Texas, quickly moves into Arkansas, crosses back into Texas, and finishes in Texarkana, Arkansas. The course includes 10-ft wide asphalt trails that wind through residential neighborhoods on city streets. The finish line is downtown at 3rd and Wood Streets in front of the Hopkins Ice House about 5 blocks from the start.
We are a ROAD RUNNER CLUB OF AMERICA event member. We have also applied to be a qualifying race again in the 2025 NATURAL STATE RUNNING SERIES. The races and registration are available at www.naturalstateruns.com [http://www.naturalstateruns.com].
A portion of the course is on the Texas/Arkansas State Line. The 2025 course is USATF certified (AR19015WJT). The race includes chip timing, runners, walkers, and 2-person and 4-person relay teams.

We are applying to be in the prestigious 2025 Arkansas Grand Prix Series. Series information is available at www.arkrrca.com. Run the Line is a Road Runner Club of America event member. A portion of the course is on the Texas/Arkansas State Line. Chip timing and 2-person and 4-person relay teams are included. All participants are required to finish the complete race in 4 hours or less. -
