The USATF Certified 5K course welcomes runners and walkers of all skill levels, including those with strollers and even furry friends on leashes.
Participants can compete for top honors in various categories, including Overall and Masters winners for both men and women, as well as Age Group awards. A unique Rucking division will also challenge participants to carry an extra 20lbs in their rucksacks for a separate scoring opportunity. Everyone will take home a custom shirt and finisher medal, plus enjoy a complimentary meal provided by Chick-Fil-A after the race. Stay for a day of fun as the annual Fulton Memorial Day Parade coincides with the race's finish! Celebrate life and honor the sacrifices of our military heroes in this unforgettable community event. Willow Running USA is both excited and proud to team up this year with the CNY Community Art's Center [https://cnyartscenter.com/] in Fulton, NY to offer the Run To Remember 5K Run/Walk on Saturday May 25 in Fulton, NY with the Start/Finish and parking area at the Fulton War Memorial @ 609 W. Broadway, Fulton, NY 13069.
The 5K course is USATF Certified. We will have awards for top Overall winners (M/F), Masters Overall winners (M/F) as well as Age Group winners (M/F).
We have added a Rucking division for those of you interested making this a more unique challenge. We are requiring a minimum of carrying an extra 20lbs in your rucksack or backpack. This category will be scored separately with awards for top Male and Female finishers.
All participants will receive a custom shirt and finisher medal plus a free meal post race courtesy of Chick-Fil-A. Stick around as the annual Fulton Memorial Day Parade will coincide with the finish of the race. There will be plenty of fun activities for all including children.
This event is for runners, walkers, those pushing strollers and walking/running with their puppies (leash required).
