Join us for the exciting Run to the Future 5K on Saturday, December 9th, 2023, in the beautiful town of Hiawassee, Georgia! This uplifting event is designed to support our Towns County Cross Country Seniors as they embark on their journey to higher education. The race will take place at the picturesque Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, starting at the pavilion in the camping area and winding through the scenic grounds, offering a fun and engaging experience for all participants.
Race day registration will be available, so be sure to arrive early! Check-in begins at 7:30 AM, with the race kicking off shortly after. Participants who register by November 26 will receive a commemorative shirt, while supplies last for late registrants. Enjoy complimentary snacks, water, and hot chocolate, and don't miss out on the chance to win awards in various categories! Come out to make a difference and run toward a brighter future!

Help support our Towns County Cross Country Seniors as they run to the future! All proceeds from this 5K will go to our seniors to assist in their post high school education
RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE!
This race will take place at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, starting at the pavilion in the camping area, weaving up the main parking area toward the gardens, then back down to the campground.
We will have awards (possibly age group if we have enough sign up!)
Each participant who registers by November 26 will receive a shirt. After that date, shirts will be on a first come first serve basis.
Race registration/check in will start at 7:30am the date of the race, and will be cut off 15 minutes prior to race start.
There will be snacks, water, and hot chocolate for all participants!
