* Record your daily activities on Strava, and share photos/reflections of your journey on social media using #runaboutthesemountains!

* Can I complete the challenge as a team? NO, this is an individual challenge.
* Do I have to have a Strava account to complete the challenge? SORT OF, it is free to create a Strava account and we will need a way to verify your elevation gain. You can use other apps like MyFitnessPal to screen shot your activity. However the official group is listed on Strava.
* Do I have to live in the Roanoke area to claim my challenge prizes? NO, this challenge can be done from anywhere, and if you successfully complete the challenge, we can
* Can I bike or swim or some other type of aerobic activity? NO, this is running or walking-only challenge only.
* Can I walk instead of run? YES, except if you want your miles to populate in the Strava group, YOU WILL NEED TO RECORD YOUR WALKS AS RUNS EVEN IF THEY ARE WALKING-ONLY.
