Get ready for the exhilarating Runestone Ramble Trail Run on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Kensington Runestone Park in Douglas, Minnesota! This vibrant event marks one of the first trail races of the season, taking place just 15 miles west of Alexandria. Participants can choose from a challenging 7K and a fun 1-mile race, both winding through the stunning landscapes that central Minnesota has to offer.
Kick off your running season with cool temperatures and scenic trails as you race towards the finish line. Pre-register by April 25 to secure your event T-shirt, and take advantage of early bird pricing at just $40 until April 1. Registration will be open on race day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with the 7K starting at 8:30 AM and the 1-mile race following shortly after at 9:45 AM. Don’t miss the awards ceremony at 10:00 AM, where we’ll celebrate the top three male and female finishers! Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit while supporting our local high school and middle school Nordic teams. Lace up your shoes and prepare for an unforgettable trail running experience!

Join us for one of the first trail races of the season in Minnesota at Kensington Runestone Park [https://explorealex.com/dt_places/kensington-runestone-park/] 15 miles west of Alexandria, MN [https://explorealex.com]. Races begin near the visitors center and will take you through some of the most picturesque trails in all of central Minnesota on your way to the finish line! Enjoy this opportunity to get a jump on the running season while the temperatures are still cool.
