Organiser's Description
This will be an 8 week class starting on Thursday, August 7th 2025. Each Thursday the group will work toward walking or running the Uwharrie Brewing Firehouse 5K on October 4, 2025. Classes will begin at 5:30 pm. Meeting will be held upstairs at Uwharrie Brewing. There will be a walk/run after each class.
PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE:
* Weekly Classes (15-30 Minutes) to discuss Equipment, Running Styles, Interval Running, and Nutrition.
* Weekly Run/Walks after the class to build up to the Race
