Organiser's Description
Join the FCRC for a workshop on Sunday, August 4th at Fossil Creek Park, Fossil Creek Lake Pavilion #2 (this is a different than where T&H meets) at 12:30pm focused on Running in the Long Term. We will have speakers discussing topics associated with a bit masters running, a bit of strategies for staying healthy so you can run for a long time and more
