The meet features a variety of distances, including the 400 meter run at 4:45 PM, the Mile Run at 5:00 PM, the 3200 meter run at 5:30 PM, the 800 meter run at 6:00 PM, and culminating with the 5000 meter run at 6:15 PM. With a multiple event discount available, participants can sign up for various races, and there are no age restrictions—if you can make it around the track, you're welcome!
