Tri 4 Schools Training Teams are after-school and summer programs that focus on both physical activity and emotional learning. The team will prepare to participate in the Tri 4 Schools Middleton Kids Triathlon, taking place on August 16th at Baumann Aquatic Center in Middleton. * Mindfulness activities and discussions
* Each team will host 10-14 practices with run and bike training depending on the team specific location and calendar
* Three swim lessons are included for teams training for a triathlon. Teams training for the Bike + Run may have optional swim lessons depending sponsorship and pool availability.
